We’re committed to offering high quality products that bring value to our customers.  If you’re not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

Please wrap the item securely, return it in its original packaging if possible, enclose a copy of the packaging slip, and use adequate postage.  The Northwest Center for Health Promotion will pay your shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  We’d appreciate it if you’d tell us the reason for the return in the space indicated on the packing slip.

You can expect a refund within four weeks of mailing the item you’d like to return.  We’ll notify you via e-mail when we’ve received your return item and processed your refund.
